How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is automatically calculated on checkout dependent on your shipping location. All shipping costs reflect standard shipping rates domestically and internationally. Any shipping rates or taxes in which would be due for international shipping will be calculated on checkout for you.

Why can I only buy one style per product?

Due to the exclusive nature of our product we only offer one (1) item per customer to be purchased. If one is to order multiple quantities of one (1) item, you may have found a loophole in our services or technology and are not permitted to do so.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

Why can't I return my item or get a refund? 

We do not allow returns or refunds due to the fact, you are buying the item from us with interest and to hold up a certain perception with our brand amongst others. If we accepted returns or refunds, we ourselves would be going against our own standards and policies. Please make sure you can afford the product and want the product before purchasing.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match? 

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I placed a successful order but why didn't I receive a confirmation yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation. If you do not have a confirmation number, please give us your full name and address to confirm the order.
